Positive: Marie is a lovely welcoming host to this beautiful new building located in a very quiet area. I was able to complete my online work for the day using the secured WIFI and the small desk provided.

Negative: I found it easier to watch my favourite TV shows on my personal laptop using my own login details to the various on demand services that I use at home, than on the internet TV in the room. A little information on the TV services that are available could be helpful.

Positive: I instantly felt calm walking into the room. It was so peaceful and tranquil. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were some lovely extras put out for breakfast and for snacks. Would love to stay there again when I’m back in Sussex.

Positive: Fabulous accommodation - tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, lots of helpful extras and great outside area to chill in peace and sunshine. Helpful, friendly host. So much better than other places I'm stayed recently. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Lovely area, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, quiet area. Some nice touches eg treats for the dog!

Negative: Shower wasn’t great and it would have been fab if there was some washing up liquid to go with all of the well thought out facilities (we had a couple of take away- plates, trays, cutlery all provided).

Positive: The property has its own parking area with a little patio, on the front with a table and chairs. It is an annexe on the main house. It's very quiet, beautifully done inside and spotless. It is dog friendly and you would share their lovely big garden at the back, accessed by a side gate. Inside is a very comfy king-size bed, and a roomy shower room with complimentary shampoo, soap, towels and bedding all provided. There is a small area in between with a kettle, coffee maker, fridge with complimentary milk, tea and biscuits. I did suggest to Marie it would benefit from a small microwave. I enjoyed staying there, they are lovely helpful people and I would love to return., maybe in September.

Positive: Beautiful location! Very peaceful! Treated to the gentle call of a Tawny Owl nearby. Clean, comfortable and the host has paid attention to small details, even providing a small torch and emergency toothbrush! Perfect for our (my dog and my) needs!
