Positive: The View is amazing and hard to beat. Great parking. There was many things inside the home to do if you had nothing else planned-we were gone most of the day, while there..
Negative: There was no A/C and no warning of this. This probably isn't an issue in most months, but in July or Aug it can get warm. The sun shines right at the home as it goes down and makes for a hot night. The bed is in the loft and there is only one small window to open for relief. There are many fans, but few windows to get the cool night air inside. The house is showing its age and parts of it are starting to deteriorate-this includes part of the ceilings falling and some issues with age and moisture in the bathroom.

Positive: Epic location and views, the birds popping by including a curious little hummingbird was such a beautiful bonus, along with the sun setting behind the mountain. The tiny home itself is really thoughtfully designed and decorated, really lovely gem.
