Summary: This place was perfect for our four night stay near Zion. It was affordable, property description was on point, and it was close enough to not just Zion, but a few State Parks as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here while we were visiting Zion national park. It was the perfect spot for the two of us to rest and hangout after full days in the park.

Summary: There was a person staying at the unit we were supposed to stay at. The host quickly called back and made the property manager assign us to another property that wasn’t as nice as the one we originally booked. But other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Summary: Love this place. We had a really nice time. We were close to Zion. This place was dog friendly. I have to say the owner went above and beyond. We left something very important on accident when we left the property. The host actually mailed it back to us after we contacted him about it. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this place. ❤

Summary: Our time spent on this property was beautiful. It was so nice not to have to think about packing stuff for camping. The air condition was a godsend on super hot days. My friend is 6 foot 2 so it was quite hilarious to watch her try to use the shower in the camper, but the cold showers were refreshing after being in 90° weather all day. Able to access Zion all the little towns nearby. Cute experience to be able to cook and then eat at the picnic table outside every night. Coffee maker was fabulous and having a fridge to put food in was great. The property itself was beautifully decorated and very comfy. We didn’t a spend ton time in the actual camper because our point was be to be out enjoying nature in Utah. We recommend bringing some sort of spray or air freshener for the bathroom because the door doesn’t go all the way to the ground. It’s a pretty quiet area so it was nice to decompress after long days in the sun. Overall Highly recommend and hope to return.

Summary: The RV is 45 minutes from Zion National Park. Leeds is a cute town but does not have a gas station or general store. Overall we had a good stay.

Summary: We had a great experience staying in this cute tiny home! It had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Leeds. Great for a small family. Super cute decorations and nice use of space. Not too far of a drive to Zion. A nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy town of Springdale. We would stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back!

Summary: Went on a trip to go see Zion, Bryce, as well as some other state parks. This place was a perfect home base for me and my girlfriend. It was very cute and had all the essentials. Communication was good and couldn’t ask for anything more. The showers in the park were nice so the low hot water pressure didn’t bother us. Highly recommended!
