Positive: The staff. they were very helpful solving any problems that we had finding the place, or late check in and out. I was amazed at how completely stocked the room was. Such as dishes, silverware, pots and pans, condiments, extra bedding, cleaning supplies, etc. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely book there again.

Negative: The entrance steps were hard for me. Not handicap accessible.

Negative: The couch was literally broken in half in the middle. Because this was one of the only seating areas in the tiny house, it made it very difficult to sit.

Positive: The tiny home experience. Nice set up, had everything we might need. Cute place. Keurig definitely a nice option. Beds super comfortable! Amazing sunrise/sunset views. The diffuser smelled amazing too.

Negative: Tiny sink. Used the toaster and it started smoking. Strong winds move the tiny home quite a bit. Pillows too thick, prefer flatter ones.

Summary: Short, sweet, homey feel and comfortable tiny home experience.

Negative: The description said 2 bedrooms. There is actually one loft with beds at 2 ends. I can’t climb stairs nor wanted to sleep in the same room as my male friend. Pull out sofa extremely uncomfortable. Description should describe differently

Positive: It was a perfect space for our family of four. We loved that there was outdoor space where we could hang out, too! The views are beautiful!

Negative: Our only complaint really isn’t a complaint with the property itself, but it’s a decent drive into Flagstaff…more than we thought it would be.

Summary: I would recommend staying in this tiny home, it’s a nice change from being in a hotel!

Positive: Clean and cozy tiny house on wheels. It had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was a little cramped and the second floor a bit short but hey, it's a tiny house! Hosts were communicative and they made the stay a joy! The house had all the amenities we were looking for.

Negative: We thought the location was closer to the Grand Canyon NP, it was closer than Flagstaff and Williams (towns nearby), but it was still a 35-40 minute drive from the house. This is nothing on the hosts, we should have done our research better.
