The hot tub is located behind the cabin, it's private and surrounded by nature. LED lights inside hot tub and string lights outside.
Only 14 miles to Mammoth Cave Visitor's Center.
Short distance (1/4 mi.) to private boat ramp, where you can access Nolin Lake, swim, kayak, canoe and fish.
~ Queen-Size memory foam mattress In loft. Window In loft allows for natural sunlight during the day and a view of the stars at night

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*There is a queen-size memory foam mattress in the loft, but THE HEIGHT SPACE IN THE LOFT IS LIMITED. The height space is 3 ft.
*UNDECLARED PETS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 AND POSSIBLE CANCELLATION IF THE FEE ISN'T PAID.
*Early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible, just ask. There is a $25 fee and they must be approved in advance.
*THERE IS ANOTHER SHORT-TERM RENTAL ON SITE, IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THIS ONE. The stairs leading up to the other unit are maintenance use only and not accessible by guests.
*DO NOT MOVE THE MATTRESS OUT OF THE LOFT! It's expensive and can easily be ripped or torn by the natural wood railing. Also, the cleaner isn't capable of putting it back by herself. IF THE MATTRESS IS MOVED, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $150.
*Do not rearrange any of the furniture. This includes the outdoor rocking chairs. They must remain under the roof.

Summary: This little place was exactly as advertised. Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. If your neighbors are out at their fire pit during your stay, you'll likely want to give them a wave since it's rather close. Think of it like camping! Overall a very nice piece of property and great place to call home while visiting sites in the area! We mostly used the residence for home base while doing tours at the caves,

Summary: Every amenity was provided, and the tiny cabin conversion was absolutely cozy and perfect for the two of us to have a romantic little getaway. We were a little startled at the closeness of other homes, but it was no bother at all for the quiet and remote seclusion when we settled in. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Summary: The cabin Is exactly as stated. We enjoyed and used the cozy kitchen every morning and night. Each day we spent adventuring the area. At night we used the charcoal grill. Then, after dinner we relaxed in the hot tub. The climb up to the loft was interesting, yet managable. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

Summary: This tiny home has potential to be 5 stars, it just hasn’t been realized. A little more TLC/effort is all that’s needed. For example, the window AC unit was able to cool the tiny home, but the fan sounds like chirping crickets. If you’re ok with “less than perfect”, then this is a good find.
