Positive: The location is great. The ocean is right there. Calm water. We snorkeled there

Negative: It’s an aging property. We had one day with water out for 6 hours. We were given jug water at the desk. It was a water main issue

Positive: The location was perfect we were right on the beach and it allowed us to walk to the strip to find food and drinks. There were also coffee shops and grocery stores within a 10 min walk.

Negative: The beds were hard and being a side sleeper that was not comfortable at all. And the water I think must be solar heated so was chilly in the mornings but plenty warm in the afternoon.

Positive: The beach was amazing. Many bars and restaurants right along the beach. The rooms were very very clean. The staff were very friendly.

Negative: The bed was incredibly uncomfortable! Too firm for my liking. The pillows were terrible. But it was a small price to pay for such a lovely resort. We didn’t have any hot water for showering, but they were having some issues with the water system. Shut down water a couple of times.

Summary: Overall it was very good. We would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: Reasonable choice for breakfast, service was a little slow, but on holiday in the Caribbean no rush. Lovely view from the restaurant over the bay. Loved the bright Caribbean colours.

Negative: Hotel lovely, needs a little tlc in place, but did not effect our holiday. Took a little while to work out the hot water, had a couple of cold shower, needed to let water run for a little bit.

Summary: Relaxing, peaceful, excellent position.

Negative: The beds were a little old and uncomfortable but we were so tired from having a great time at the beach, we still slept like logs!

Positive: The location of breakfast was wonderful. Timothy Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the morning, especially the calm waters with the sun shining on it. The food was good, and I liked how there were options to have a traditional Kittitian breakfast, or more American-style, or English-style breakfasts. Overall, a great selection. The automatic fly swatter things were also very helpful in keeping the flies away once breakfast was served.

Negative: My sheets were visibly soiled and the room cleaning person did not change them, but just readjusted them. I had to go to the front desk to ask for the sheets to be changed. The sheets on my daughter's bed also had crumbs and a couple small stains, and those weren't changed the entire 10 days.

Summary: Beautiful, relaxing, and convenient
