Summary: We had a conference at the Marriott which was less than a 10min walk away. A small grocery was right next to the property office, and a larger one on the way to the Marriott. Lovely little coffee and breakfast place next door. The Strip is nearby and if you have a car rental the entrance to the peninsula is down the street which leads to beaches and beach bars aplenty! The grounds here are beautiful and the pool is great too!

Summary: The property is great for a couple. The air conditioner kept the whole apartment cool. The apartment was well stocked with everything you could want. The pool was really nice as was the BBQ area. It's right on the beach, great for a walk. I plan to go back next year.
