Summary: The hotel is located very closely to downtown and the top attractions of the city which is great, you can just walk a few minutes everywhere. The service personnel really makes the effort here, the rooms are quite clean, they give you tips and help you where they can. We had the waffles for breakfast which were delicious. One little thing but the hotel can’t really help: we had hotel guests that were quite loud at our floor. But for one night, totally worth it!

Summary: It was nice to spend time at the night market on weekends because it was close to John Kerr Street. It was good because the tourist attraction was close. At check-in, Victoria was so kind and sweet that she made me feel good. The hotel and the hoom were really pretty and clean. Thanks to you, I enjoyed my trip to Malacca. I want to visit again next time.
