Massive screened-in porch with outdoor fireplace, lots of seating, BBQ, hot tub, ping-pong and a grand dining table.
Office space with a large wooden desk, monitor, and a printer.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings, and avoid leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.
Power and Internet: It is not uncommon to lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for the loss of power or internet out of our control.
Pet Friendly: We are pet friendly and host dogs. The pet fee is $100 for one dog, $150 for two dogs and $200 for three pups. If you're planning on bringing more than three dogs, please let us know before booking, as an additional approval may be needed. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup-related damages may apply! Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues.
Strict no smoking, no parties, no fireworks. Please mind the noise ordinance is 10 PM. Other house rules will be on arrival guide.
Please mind that you must be 25 years old to book, and at least one person 25 years old must remain during the stay.

Every room was well-equipped, spotless, and so comfortable for our multi-generational family. The deck became our favorite spot—whether napping, grilling, enjoying the hot tub, or soaking in the trees. We especially appreciated her care for accessibility and thoughtful amenities: extra linens, helpful directions, and proactive help with WiFi when we had a hiccup. The grown-ups and kids loved the calm and comfort, and even our dog found her happy place roaming the property (on a leash).
