Positive: Super clean, beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Negative: Everything was wonderful. We could have used some sharp knives (we were trying to cut pineapple with butter knives). And the coffee/tea/sugar is in a hidden drawer just above the utensils. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs!

Positive: Beautiful apartment first class facilities, comfort and cleanliness. We liked the location with flat walking distance of restaurants , historic elements etc and flat to walk about . Easy access to other locations , Uber , team and train . Also make to use the hop on hop off bus too.

Negative: I think we underestimated the stairs up to the apartment especially when carrying luggage but well worth it for the amazing apartment .

Summary: Highly recommended

Positive: It was clean, and comfortable.

Negative: No instructions on how to use ( electric ) stovetop. Also, next door vendor who lives downstairs as a resident was beyond rude to us. He was very belligerent and insulting when we first arrived. All we did was ask him if he knew how to contact you as we were unable to get inside. He really upset us as it was our first impression of Lisbon as well as your property.

Positive: - Neat and clean - The Belém neighbourhood - Modern electric appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, OTG).

Negative: - The entire apartment is spread across two floors - living room, kitchen and a bathroom on one floor, the 2 bedrooms and second bathroom on the next level. While the entire apartment is cozy, we had to make place to open our 4 bags. Was a little tight. - The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) so be warned if you have big bags - The bathroom ceiling on lower level leaked when someone was taking a shower on the upper level. - Hot water wasn’t continuous, we had to wait it out for it to reheat after 2 ppl took their showers.

Positive: - Quick and friendly response from Nuno when arranging a later check-in. - Smooth check-in process, facilitated by another staff member. - Stunning views from the apartment. - Convenient location near a market and several cafeterias. - Close proximity to the MAAT Museum. - Easy access to the city center. - Spotlessly clean apartment. - Well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. - Quiet and peaceful street.

Negative: There really isn't anything I didn't like; the stay was pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again if visiting Belém. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to add a towel hanger in the upstairs bathroom to help dry towels after showering. However, this is by no means essential for an enjoyable stay.
