Summary: It was a great time! We took our toddler for a fun family getaway and it did not disappoint. Our toddler was in the water park ALL DAY. They also have an arcade room, daily free activities (we did cookie decorating & a dance party), and a mini bowling alley. So much to do for the little ones… we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Summary: Property and people were great. Waterpark was great. Food at Maple and Moose was mostly mediocre at best. The room was great, the bed was awful as was the pull out mattress. Products provided were very nice. Prince, one of the waiters we had for breakfast was great.

Summary: If you can go when there's super low pricing, and you're willing to forego quality amenities, go for a night. Otherwise, skip it. This place needs to be reimagined and gutted. Big props to the staff though. They're all very nice, accommodating, and eager to please.

Summary: The water park was recently updated and it already looked worn down. I was looking forward to the updates because we have been there 2 times before. At around 11:15PM we were informed we needed to evacuate because there was smoke noted. We did evacuate carrying 2 sleeping children. Once everything was cleared we were able to go back in but our key didn't work. I had to lay in the hallway for my husband to get the key to work from the front desk. I know things happen but I feel like we should be compensated in some way.

Summary: I want to start by saying the staff at Timber Ridge was excellent. They were very friendly and when we asked for something it was done or sent immediately. It was the condition of the resort that was bad. The 2 bedroom we stayed in was not in very good condition. The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot and hard to sleep in. The kitchen was terribly stocked. Very few utensils and the ones we did have were all dirty. The bedroom on the main floor is way too dark. Hard to see things even with the lights on. We did not use the waterpark but the pool outside did not have enough chairs. We will not be returning to this location.

Summary: There is a lot here for kids, and I appreciated that. They've got the waterpark, kids' bowling, painting activities, parties, and a good game room. Most spendy, but there, nonetheless. Not great for adults, so don't expect to have a relaxing lounge night or nutritious food at lunch or a comfortable mattress/pillow ensemble. The restaurant closes for lunch and isn't open late. But I did appreciate the in-room full-sized fridge. Spotty hospitality, especially in the Fireside area where we were discouraged from placing an order. The gals in concessions were wonderful, and the main desk staff was good, too. I appreciated the two televisions and the patio area. As I said, great for kids, not great for adults. But most staff members were super nice--something to be proud of, and not something all hotels offer.
