Positive: The staff is well trained, polite and truly gives the best hospitality. A special shout out to Ram Prasad who ensures the guests have a great stay. He was managing the show with such patience and professionalism. 10/10 for him! The bar has a great rooftop view which was very on top!

Negative: Everything was great. The only thing I think could get better is Internet speed. I struggled a bit since my mobile network was also weak in the room so I had to step out to make bookings etc.

Positive: First of all, special shout out to Mr. Ram Prasad, who went out of the way to make sure our trip and stay was memorable. He helped us plan and improvise our trips to various attractions. Also, the front desk team and the hotel staff is exceptional. They were always smiling, greeting you and looking after the needs. Breakfast and mountain views were great.

Negative: Internet connectivity was a bit sluggish but not something which bothered me a lot.

Positive: Rooms were spacious, safe place, rooftop breakfasts and evenings were a treat. Breakfasts were tasty and generous. The staff were all accommodating and kind. The day guard, sorry I forgot his name, was very welcoming, knew our names and was very helpful. The reception staff were all supportive and ready to help. The staff at breakfast were amazing.
