Positive: Location, comfort, appliances however no dishwasher and no clothes dryer.

Negative: Bins were full of rubbish on our arrival and never emptied. Towels left on the veranda to dry from previous tenants. Steepness of the driveway.

Positive: Beautiful location and views from the balcony are amazing. Good location for pleases we wanted to visit.

Negative: Poor communication from the real estate agent regarding driveway unresponsive to messages and when they finally responded the solution was not acceptable. Driveway to property is very steep and is loose gravel. Parking where suggested was on grass halfway down the gravel driveway but there was already a car there as well as piles of concrete blocks not a good first impression. We still had to carry luggage down the steepest part of the driveway to the apartment very unsteady under foot due to dry gravel and very slippery because loose. Maybe suitable location for 4WD vehicles only. Or invest in a sealed driveway as someone will have a serious accident. The beds were too soft for us and so one of our party slept on the sofa. Some nice outdoor furniture on the balcony would be good to replace the rusty chairs and tables.

Positive: house was in a beautiful spot near falls and lovely area. house was clean and very private. check in and out was not an issue due to key lock storage nice clean kitchen lovely deck and outlook

Negative: please let people know you have a steep driveway and can be really slick when raining. the driveway is steep and because it rained we could not get one of the cars out and it was very very slippery. when trying to get truck out two people slipped and fell hard. we were lucky to find cinder blocks we could load in the car to get a bit of weight to get out. then their was a nail in tyre etc. beds were too soft for us but some people like that just some recommendation. a bit more cooking items in kitchen like a fry pan and can opener. back deck is so beautiful comfy chair or even a picnic table would be great

Positive: Beautiful scenery. Gorgeous bird sounds day and night, walking distance to the gorgeous Killen Falls. Feels incredibly private and serene. More than lovely for a weekend away or some time to reflect. Was very well appointed in terms of appliances, household equipment etc. Beds were very soft but very thoughtfully decorated with cushions and blankets. Very much a home away from home with a spacious feel and view across beautiful countryside.

Negative: I cannot understate how terrible the driveway is. I blew a tire which I had to pay to have replaced during my stay, which is difficult in a rural area. I would suggest this makes it almost impossible for the elderly or young kids to stay as to get to the house without parking next to it you have to park on a midpoint platform that is an uphill walk on uneven and stoney ground which is unpleasant and can be unsteady. I loved this property, it is comfortable, well appointed and deeply restful, however the driveway would make me reconsider staying again.

Negative: Driveway, no coffee machine, musty smell (could do with scented candle, diffuser etc) and could have better outdoor setting on decking to enjoy views
