Positive: The property was very clean, and the staff were very accommodating! The hotel charges $1 as a safety/incidental fee and will charge $100 if there are any damages - very different than many other hotels around the area that will take $$$ and refund upon check out so this is a great feature! The room was very spacious and

Negative: The pool could use a little cleaning, other than that no complaints!

Positive: The location for a trip to universal was perfect. Whilst the walk up is a bit of a slope it was easily reachable in 20 minutes. Whilst there is some noise from the freeway it didn’t impact us too much. That may be partly due to busy days and heavy sleep. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to assist with any queries. For location and prices based on our family needs this hotel was spot on

Positive: The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, especially the reception team. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, just about 5 minutes by car from Universal Studios. Parking was convenient with very good rates. We also really appreciated the 24-hour coffee, water, juice, and the candies for the kids.

Negative: Everything was great, no complaints.
