Summary: This is a great place from which to explore Manhattan Beach. Only a block from the beach and an easy walk to all the great restaurants. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio looking out over the waves. The hosts were very welcoming and provided great communication.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience staying at Phil and Mica’s Surf Room. I traveled by myself, and I found the accommodations and location perfect for my weekend in Manhattan Beach. I was able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and bars. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Phil and Mica were excellent hosts, and I would happily stay at their place again.

Summary: Great location to beach. Nice outdoor area and beautiful flowers surrounding. There was no dishwasher or stove if you were staying for a long time. Refrigerator didn’t have a freezer. Nice place for a short stay however.

Everything about the property was wonderful - the location, the decor, how it was equipped, etc. In addition, Phil and Mica were great hosts.
