Positive: Everything. I didnt want to leave. The owner thought of all those little bits and pieces from a little bottle of cooking oil, freezer bags, foil, cling wrap and so much more. It was as if we were house sitting while she was on holiday. We will certainly re-book if we come to Perth again.

Negative: We have advised the owner of the 3 ONLY things that could be attended to: 1. We couldn't wash our clothes in cold water. Even though I selected the cold wash option on the washing machine, it still washed our good clothes in hot water causing them to crease. We tried turning off the hot water tap but then the machine wouldn't fill with water. 2. The bottom right hand side of the shower door leaked, so the shower mat got soaked every time we showered. 3. The mat in the lounge area kept moving on the polished floor when we were seated (we just pushed the mat away from our feet). I've suggested something underneath the mat to stop it moving as this was dangerous and could potentially cause a trip/fall.

Positive: I loved everything about this cottage :-) it was just beautiful!! Lovely and clean, nice and quiet, and the location was perfect!! I enjoyed my stay so much that I would stay there again on my next visit. It's such a beautiful and tranquil area. Loved all the wildlife, and waking up to the sound of birds was amazing... thank you for a magical stay!!

Positive: An exceptional place to stay, giving that rustic outside look with a well maintained and full of amenities interior. Clean and cosy cottage, comfortable beds. Perfect location with everything not too far away. Great communication with the owner who also gave us an extra couple of hours to check out. The family loved it and even though I had to work I knew we had an amazing place to stay and enjoy after. We will definitely be back...

Negative: We didn't like that we had to go... 2 nights weren't enough for our family and work related getaway...

Positive: Loved that it was clean and well kept. Beds super comfy, kitchen, dining and family well set out. Great range of tea and coffee, and basic condiments, very adequate kitchen appliances etc. Little bits and pieces on walls and surfaces felt like a home away from home. My granddaughters and I loved our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Positive: Neat place and well decorated. All rooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials requirements Great location for peace & quiet with plenty of walking places along the Heritage Trails. Great little coffee shop only 10mins walk. A bus goes right past the door if it was needed.

Positive: Perfect spot for a girls weekend in the hills. Close to shops, restaurants & a great base for hiking in Glen Forrest. The cottage is cosy & homely, it was a bit chilly during our stay, the gas heater warmed us up in no time! We had a lovely stay.

Negative: No complaints. A lamp or too in the main living area would be nice as the "big" light is quite bright.

Positive: Charming little cottage in the hills surrounded by lovely trees. Very peaceful, comfortable and spotless. So close to John Forrest National Park, Mundaring and Darlington. Shops nearby and a bus goes right past the cottage if you need public transport.
