Positive: Loved that it was clean and well kept. Beds super comfy, kitchen, dining and family well set out. Great range of tea and coffee, and basic condiments, very adequate kitchen appliances etc. Little bits and pieces on walls and surfaces felt like a home away from home. My granddaughters and I loved our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Positive: Neat place and well decorated. All rooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials requirements Great location for peace & quiet with plenty of walking places along the Heritage Trails. Great little coffee shop only 10mins walk. A bus goes right past the door if it was needed.

Positive: Perfect spot for a girls weekend in the hills. Close to shops, restaurants & a great base for hiking in Glen Forrest. The cottage is cosy & homely, it was a bit chilly during our stay, the gas heater warmed us up in no time! We had a lovely stay.

Negative: No complaints. A lamp or too in the main living area would be nice as the "big" light is quite bright.

Positive: Charming little cottage in the hills surrounded by lovely trees. Very peaceful, comfortable and spotless. So close to John Forrest National Park, Mundaring and Darlington. Shops nearby and a bus goes right past the cottage if you need public transport.

Positive: Great location for us as we needed to be near Mundaring. Charming cottage. Clean and very comfortable.

Negative: Overall, very good and the following comments are meant kindly, and would edge rating into the superb category. These are minor points and just my opinion: both bedrooms need wastepaper baskets, chairs in bedrooms to put clothes over, twin room needs wardrobe space and empty drawers, lighting in hall and living room would benefit from dimmer switches, twin room would benefit from bedside tables and lamps either side of beds, lamps in main bedroom very attractive but impossible to read by.

Summary: Lovely cottage, friendly and helpful hosts, a definite for a return visit.

Positive: Beautiful, modern, very clean! Air-conditioned and all that you would need. Being awoken early in the morning by black cockatoos was a bonus!

Negative: Did not realise the cottage was on the same property as the owner's house (was not clear on the booking site). No sign to indicate the cottage entrance or parking, so we accidentally knocked on the owner's door.

Negative: On a busy road. Early hours of Saturday morning, motorbikes were riding past and could hear owners of house putting bottles and rubbish in the bins. Just needs a little more distance off the home property but can’t do much about that. Felt like we had to sneak around so we didn’t disturb home owners
