Positive: Tilek and his wife were really friendly, the room is comfortable and the showers and toilets were great, really warm and clean! A treat after the Pamir highway. No English but we could communicate via Google translate and they helped sort us out a taxi onto OSH.

Negative: I didn’t like that the water stopped working after 1 night of a 3-night stay. After that I could shower in an outbuilding, but there was only a trickle of water. Also, the food was really quite bad. For instance, one night I was given just boiled potatoes with oil on top (and week-old bread that was hard as a rock). For breakfast one morning I was just given 4 hard-boiled eggs. The other guesthouses have much better food.

Summary: Beware that the meals are not very good.

Positive: Well looked after by the staff, also booked a shared taxi for me back to Osh and driver was a good safe driver.

Negative: Needed a table and benches in the garden area to relax in the evening

Positive: organized a nice transfer to Tulpar Kol. Dinner was unexpectedly included.

Negative: the description of the double room is totally wrong (it says that there is a private bathroom, Champagne and a flat screen included - non of them we have seen there. not that we would have expected a TV or Champagne, but we booked it for the private bathroom). as we confronted the owner with these facts, he just excused that he didn’t write the description.
