Summary: The place is immaculate and very comfortable. Friends came in for the weekend and we keep our boat at Palm Harbor Marina, so the location was perfect. The covered deck between the units was especially nice. Our Boston Terrier also enjoyed her stay. Katja was very friendly and was very prompt with all communications.

Summary: The property is centrally located so you had access to all the beaches and the islands. All you had to do was pick from where you would want to jump into the sea or waterway and you were off and running or swimming. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful. This property gave us one of the best family Christmas that we have ever had. I recommend this property to anyone going to South West Florida.

Summary: We celebrated a family birthday here. It was great for a large group! Very clean and well taken care of. We had a great time and will be back. We highly recommend the two apartments upstairs with the tiki hut between!

Summary: Our original Thanksgiving plans were canceled by COVID. Thankfully we were able to rent this gorgeous property. The rooms were immaculate and the kitchen well stocked with dishes. We enjoyed the private hot tub and sitting area. It was a short drive to the beach. The connecting patio was just delightful for sipping morning coffee, early evening cocktail hour, and our Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely stay here again.
