Summary: The property was easy to access, well-maintained, clean. The owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We mainly just used the residence to sleep in at night as we were enjoying Baton Rouge; however, we did notice when we were in the house during the day, the thermostat was set to 77. I would say, as long as you don't plan on spending extended time in the house during the day (especially during the summer), this is the place to stay.

Summary: Love the house! Its very spacious for a 2/1. And very clean. So, so close to the convention center, which is a plus! I would rather have had a real coffee maker, but the keurig did its job. The only thing i can think of that didnt work was the password for the wifi is incorrect. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place near the convention center.
