Negative: Registration time was long due to single staff. There was no coffee machine in the kitchen, nor was there a corkscrew given we were in wine country.

Negative: Advertised as having breakfast and a happy hour, both were abysmal.I would expect at least a decent wine considering its proximity to Santa Ynez vinyards and all the wine tasting rooms in the area. The lighting in the room was a cold neon, did not feel warm an inviting and did not match the properties Mediterranean style, felt like office lighting. The room itself was spacious, had a kitchen as well but the furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth what we were charged for one night

Positive: Location was excellent, and the pool and spa were very lovely.

Negative: Rooms could have been serviced more for a longer stay. Especially as we had used the kitchenette in our rooms and our bins needed more regular changing. Fresh towels would have been nice more regular.

Negative: Housekeeping didn't clean room one of the days, even after reminding them - receptionist was overworked, spread across 4 properties, doing other things

Positive: The overall experience of our stay was amazing, the staff does a great job at keeping the hotel up and the lobby and pool area are exceptional! we stayed in Tide pool 3, it was exactly what we expected and more! kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware which is awesome! tub has jets and is deep. bed was very comfortable! worth the price to have the extra room and be away from the rest of the Villa.

Negative: The only thing I would advise is it states in the description that there is a queen, full, and pullout bed (convertible futon) in the living room. in Tide Pool room three it is 1 queen bed and the convertible couch in the living room. thats all I got, the place is amazing!!
