Location, Location, Location!! We have 2 Condos available, this 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom, in the most desirable and exclusive area in Santa Barbara at West Beach, just a few steps away from the sand. Ideally located just two short blocks from the beach between Stearn's Wharf (Pier) and the Santa Barbara Harbor, this romantic getaway allows you to leisurely walk to the harbor, the pier, restaurants, wine tasting or just spend your time relaxing or biking. We are also located just two blocks from the "Funk Zone", Santa Barbara's urban wine trail with over 20 wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location where you can just park your car and walk or bike. No extra fees except cleaning. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. The Condo:
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom private Cottage. As you can see from the photos it is upstairs and has its own large and private 200 square foot deck. The deck is covered and functions as an additional outdoor room which has a patio table and chairs for four with beautiful views overlooking a Zen garden. The deck is a wonderful place to eat alfresco, just relax, or get some work done on your computer. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms all have tile throughout. The bedrooms all have queen size beds. It also has its own private washer and dryer.

Summary: This is a very clean and comfortable condo with a large covered balcony with a place to lounge and eat- perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The host was communicative and very nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

Summary: This apartment was perfect for 3 adults. The outside patio was an extra bonus. Everything was clean and tidy and looked like the pictures. The location was perfect - you can walk to the beach, to Funk Zone and other activities. Beware of where you park - there is limited parking on the weekends and you can be ticketed for parking more than 90 minutes during the day due to the close proximity to the ocean.

Summary: This West Beach location is perfect for walking to the harbor, wharf and beaches of Santa Barbara. My family (kids ages 4 & infant) had a blast during our weeklong stay. I appreciated the washer & dryer, covered balcony and the fact that a pack & play fit perfectly in one of the open closets in the first bedroom. Overall great place for a family vacation!

Summary: We had a great stay at the house in SB. It's in a fantastic location, it's updated, has lots of fans, nice windows, and nice amenities. The deck and garden view was easily the standout feature. The check in process was really easy and the host was very communicative on the day of check-in. We spent most of the time outside of the house and enjoying SB. The only downsides are the street parking (which was not an issue but read the signs closely), the bathroom hand-soap was basically water (super diluted), and the early check out time (10am). But none of these really impacted our stay and we would gladly come back for another trip!
