A beautifully presented four bedroom holiday home within walking distance of Holme Beach and Nature Reserve, situated on the Peddars Way in the heart of the village of Holme-next-the-Sea. With a delightfully spacious kitchen, and a sitting room featuring a wood burning stove, this hideaway also boasts a fully enclosed rear garden and secure bike storage.
Feel instantly at home in this thoughtfully furnished holiday escape. Well equipped and a spacious, the kitchen offers modern appliances and plenty of worktop space for rustling up delicious meals made from the areas vibrant local produce. Make lasting holiday memories gathered around table in the dining area that overlooks the french doors that lead to the rear garden. Featuring a cosy Clearview wood burning stove appointed in front of the large L-shaped sofa, the sitting room makes a delightful haven to retire to after a day spent exploring. Conveniently located on the ground floor, beautifully decorated bedroom three hosts twin beds and benefits from an en-suite shower room
Upstairs on the first floor, bedroom one has a double bed with wrought iron frame and enjoys view across Parks Piece. With garden views, bedroom two also features a double bed, with bedroom four offering a children's single bed. These rooms are served by a family bathroom with double ended bath and shower attachment.
Outside, the rear garden is fully enclosed making it an ideal spot for supervised children and dogs to play. Attractively planted mature beds and a paved area with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue mean the adults will get a lot of enjoyment here too! As an added bonus, there is a lockable shed for bicycle storage. Tide Cottage is situated opposite Parks Piece; an open field owned by the village that is ideal for dog walking and ball games, and the property also sits on the Peddars Way in the heart of the old village, just a five minute from the stunning village gastropub, The White Horse. Holme's expansive soft sandy beach can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.

Summary: Had a lovely stay, the house was great and had everything we needed. The house is in a great location and there were lovely walks to the beach close by. It was perfect for our weekend away and I would definitely return.

Summary: We stayed here with friends and 2 dogs. Lovely clean house, excellent location with a 20 minute walk to the beach through the golf course. We can highly recommend Eric's fish and chips and pizza and the White Horse Pub in Holme.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Tide Cottage which is a comfortable holiday home in a special location. I would advise the owners to give attention to a couple of items which appear to have suffered from use— the back patio doors are difficult to lock, and the lock on the bathroom door falls off, also front door seal is loose. Apart from this the house was clean, decorated to a high standard and equipped with all you could possibly need for a lovely stay. Thanks.

Summary: Excellent well enclosed garden for our dog, with large variety of walks nearby. Pub, 2 minutes away, selling good food & drink, was a bonus. House itself was smaller than expected. Suitable for 4 adults, but not 7, including 1 young child. For upto 7 people, space would be tight, given the large number of ornaments etc on display. Upstairs bathroom would be better with a proper over bath shower, instead of a rinse off shower attached to the bath. Parking for 2 cars was also difficult. Leaving a car , such as an SUV, on the road, is not a good option. Previous comments are meant as helpful suggestions. Property location, both in local & area terms , are excellent.
