Rhu House has been recently converted to a stunning 2 bed cottage. Cosy and fully equipped this is an ideal location for a couples romantic getaway or family vacation.
Less than a mile from the ferry terminal in Armadale. There is a traditional public house and restaurant 200 meters down the road serving food and ales.
The master bedroom upstairs, with superking size bed is and ensuite bathroom has been done to a high standard. The ensuite has a separate bath and shower. The tiled floor is eye catching.
There is a separate room upstairs to play games, relax in front of the TV, read or put the children so you can relax in the living area downstairs.
The kitchen, dining, living area is fully equipped and executed beautifully.
The second bedroom, though not vast is ideal for 2 children.
Outside there is a seating are on the deck from where you can look south to the mainland and take in a quiet and delightful area of Skye whilst enjoying views south over the mainland.

Summary: Very comfortable cottage, recently completely remodelled (from the village shop) to a very high standard. Superb location, with views across the Sound of Sleat from both levels. This is our second stay here in 9 months; no doubt we will return in due course!

Summary: This is a stunning and extremely comfortable property with all the facilities one needs. Close to the ferry terminal and excellent hotels for food. The only down side is that it is slightly distant from the main attractions on Skye.

Summary: Our stay was really great. The facilities were very good, location excellent. The complementary bottle of wine was good quality - many thanks. All communication were good before and during. The hidden cutlery drawer did catch us but we were sure it was somewhere. The fast response to our query was again very helpful. The local shop has most of what one needs and the local hotel had good food. If you go in peak time places to eat are not easy to find so suggest book in advance. This cottage is really highly recommended1

Summary: The property was finished to a high standard with comfy beds and complimentary toiletries. The view was exception, we watched the sunrise with our morning coffee from the decking. Friendly pub within a minutes walk offering great food.

Summary: A perfect place to enjoy Skye. It was more than I even envisioned. Every room has a view of the sea. It was perfect for our family of four. The 17 and 22 year old enjoyed gaming on the older game system, and having their own space. Loved being near trails and walking distance to a pub and a few shops.
