Positive: I really liked the accommodation. It was large, with a patio, hammock and an outdoor shower. The setting of the restaurant and the beach were beautiful. We liked being able to have paddles, kayaks and floating mattresses.

Positive: beach, view, and overall vibe of the area was immaculate. Great rooms, great room services, excellent workers!

Negative: the drive into the resort and out of the resort. I feel bad for the workers daily commute there as it is terribly bumpy. Ants being everywhere, around the continental breakfast areas.

Positive: The private plunge pool rooms were spacious and all had amazing views. The grounds were and facilities are very well maintained. The all inclusive plan has a varied selections and the fresh fish was very well done. The soup selections were also enjoyed.

Negative: The drive from and to the airport road was in disrepair and needs to be fixed. The private road once you enter the property should be fixed.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable relaxing visit and would love to return.

Positive: every thing was beautiful and the staff were amazing especially Sharnell in reception, Dina and Sherick. really helpful when a leg injury caused me problems and would come and collected us from the room as the resort is quite hilly.

Negative: Work needs to be done on the excursion booking part of the app, Bigger bed sheets that dont end up in a ball every night and we felt the supplement for the New years eve party was rather a lot as we were all inclusive and had spent A LOT of money to be there over the festive season.

Positive: There are not enough superlatives to describe Ti Kaye, other than to say my wife and I never like staying in the same place twice, but we will be coming back to this beautiful resort. The staff, food, service, beach, rooms - all of it - absolutely exceeded expectations and everyday we were blown away by how far the team at Ti Kaye wanted to help you out. The food was of such a high standard and the beach and snorkeling were out of a dream. I want to give a personal shout out to Shernel whom couldn't have done more to help me throughout the whole booking process, right through to our checking out. Was just a wonderful place and we were incredibly sad to leave!

Negative: The road in is a bit bumpy in places.

Positive: Unreal vibe. You practically have your own bungalow in the rain forrest the way the resort is laid out. It’s incredibly beautiful. To top off the vibe you get to shower outside which just adds to the all around oasis. The property is top notch, pool, main lodge, bar, and two restaurants with one being directly on the water. The staff is unbelievably friendly and attentive. You really can’t find a more beautiful resort when it comes to the vegetation and interplay of resort and nature. It simply is exquisite. You can snorkel, paddle board, kayak all from the resort. We did all inclusive and highly recommend it as the food and drinks are amazing! We also drove to the resort because we spent time elsewhere on the island, the road to this resort is not for the faint of heart and is quite a trek.

Negative: The beach is rocky, buggy, and not clean. If they spent some time to clear away fresh beach, figure out a way to inhibit mosquito and sand flies, clear more beach away for the resort, TiKaye would be one of the best in the world.
