Positive: Wow, where do I even begin?! This was my first time visiting St Lucia, and as a solo traveller I knew I wanted to find somewhere safe, not too difficult to get too and away from majority of the tourists so that I could get that REAL St Lucia experience! Pat is absolutely the hostess with the mostest and went ABOVE and beyond to ensure I had the best stay here on her island. You can tell she takes such pride in her resort and I was SO well looked after here, from the most delicious hearty breakfasts each morning, to arranging for transport with the lovely driver Victor during my stay, who not only transferred me to and from the airport but also to various activities I had booked for the week, as well as taking me to the Friday night fish fry street party, it definitely gave me such piece of mind! I had such a relaxing time either chilling on my private balcony or by the pool which was a few steps away from my apartment. I was very fortunate to actually have the entire place to myself the whole week which was such a treat! I can’t thank you enough Pat for looking after me so wonderfully, the hospitality here is beyond amazing and I will not hesitate to pick this resort again when I return!

Positive: Our experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The host was warm, professional, and exceptionally accommodating throughout our stay. They kindly allowed my family to gather and enjoy the restaurant space while it was closed for the day, which added such a thoughtful and personal touch to the experience. The property itself was beautifully maintained, spacious, and even more impressive in person than anticipated. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, and an exceptional host experience.

Negative: The only minor drawback would be the dining options nearby, as there were limited restaurants within close proximity. There was one small establishment about a 7-minute drive away that mainly offered fast food. However, the property does offer meals on certain days for an additional fee, which was a convenient option and a nice added touch.

Positive: Par was great host. She make for us one of the best breakfast and dinner we had on the island for very affordable price. Room, actually apartament, was great, speacius, clean with any equipment you can think of. Parking next to property. We had great stay and Pat who run this hotel is extraordinary person. Really can recommend it.

Positive: Everything. Pat gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived at 11pm with the ferry from Dominica and prepared a delicious breakfast the following morning. She gave us many helpful tips and suggestions regarding what we could do on the island. As Royal Escape is located halfway on the island, it is a perfect basis to explore the southern as well as the northern part. We had a wonderful stay and felt us like at home from the first minute on. The apartment is equipped with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen.

Positive: I love the warmth, hospitality and excellent service at Royal Escape. Pat is a gem. Breakfast and dinner meals were wonderful. I enjoyed the fish meals, tropical fruits and nice desserts. Ms Pat took care of all my eating needs in her garden restaurant. She gave me a bottle of wine, cake and icecream for my birthday. She also took loads of photos of me for my birthday celebrations. The pool was nice. The room was very clean and comfortable with AC, large flatscreen TV, a nice balcony overlooking the colourful garden, lovely shower and modern furnishings. I highly recommend this place.

Negative: My stay at Royal Escape was truly special the warmth, hospitality, and the way Pat cared for me made it feel like home, especially with all the thoughtful birthday surprises and the beautiful photos she took of me. The room, pool, and garden were peaceful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, giving me everything I needed to relax. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like; I felt genuinely loved and looked after, and I can’t wait to return.
