Summary: Stayed for one night

Summary: It is in a good location. Unfortunately there was no pool, but understandable considering water is scarce. The pillows and bed were not great, but ok for one night. There is a cafeteria there that makes breakfast to order. The unfortunate part is that they offer canyon tours from the hotel, but you have to check out before the tour. So if you do the half day that get back at 1pm, you're out of luck to take a shower. Maybe they could start at 8, get back at noon and make checkout at 12:30 so you can shower. Because sitting in the back of their open-air vehicles is nice, but the dust sticks to your sunscreen.

Summary: Overall, a nice clean room and property. For us the bed was too hard and the portion of the bathroom with the toilet and shower was really tight.

Summary: A very nice hotel. Everything was ready as promised. We enjoyed the on-site cafeteria and the ability to book a tour of Canyon de Chelly there too.

Summary: First of all, the property was built over 100 years ago so I was not expecting it to be dated. No problem. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and everything was in working order. Only issue I had was that if offered like three channels on the TV. That was surprising.

Summary: It was wonderful. Just as described, but better. In Canyon De Chelly right in the Navajo Nation. All staff were friendly and courteous. We booked a wonderful 4 hr canyon tour that was amazing! Cafeteria style restaurant, but items were also made to order. Huge portions and delicious.

Summary: Very pleasant. Sure like not having to use an elevator plus Thunderbird Lodge has its own cafeteria for breakfast - they have real shelled eggs that taste good instead of many of the IHG properties serving dried out tasteless eggs. Thunderbird a more homely enviroroment.
