Positive: Beautifully finished and appointed- everything you could need! It’s so nice to have a well equipped kitchen with good quality cookware, glasses and knives. Super comfy beds and nice pillows also makes all the difference. We also appreciated access to the washing machine with two small children! We were treated to a stunning view on our last day as the hills were dusted with snow and the lodges really lived up to their name (caerketton view). The location was fantastic - 5 mins drive to all the supermarkets at straiton and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop so we could catch the 15 into Edinburgh centre. Bobby was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries or requests.

Positive: Beautiful lodge, warm and clean with beautiful furnishings and thoughtful touches. Hosts were helpful and communicative. Absolute bargain and idyllic location.

Positive: House was clean and comfortable. Had pretty views and very good location with stores a few minutes drive away and pentland hills if you want to go for a walk/hike and snowcenter and coaster if you enjoy activities.
