Positive: Clean, well maintained and well stocked. Good central location for cafes, shops and tourist attractions.

Negative: Parking was expensive and always at risk of no space. Street outside VERY noisy late into night (past midnight). Had to keep windows open as apartment very hot otherwise.

Positive: Amazing location, right in the centre and incredibly easy to access. The accommodation itself was clean, spacious, and provided all the necessities needed to keep us comfortable. We got placed on the top floor, however there was no issue with temperature or access due to the incredible insulation and lift access. A supermarket is located right downstairs which made it no issue if we were missing something. View was incredible from both sides of the apartment, it was truly a pleasure to stay here.

Positive: Location is perfect. Literally in the middle of the heart of the Spa quarter of the city. Access with parking is doable. Carlsbad Springs are straight under the windows, which is really cool, in case one wants to just get downstairs before breakfast and drink the healing water every single morning or evening before bedtime.

Negative: Curtains. Because of the outside "light smoke" from the street lamps, there should be really good, heavy curtains there. In the living room area, there are two windows not covered by curtains at all. In the bedroom, there is still a lot of light getting into the room from the outside.

Summary: Overall stay was wonderful. If getting back, Three Rings are my choice again.

Positive: Great location, a very good place to relax and explore the charming city. The hosts were nice, helpful and unobtrusive. We highly recommend it.

Negative: We were missing one or two small side lamps on the tables in the rooms. Such lamps are cheap yet very nice and useful in the evenings.
