Summary: Check in instructions are awful. Google map shows wrong location. Please write Hotel Bristol Palace to Google not Tereza. Otherwise you will be stuck with car. It is not stroller friendly place. It is very hard to walk from up to down. But everything else is fine. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks!

Summary: We got a lovely room on the 4th floor of Villa Tereza overlooking the 11th spring Pramen Svobody. Our room was of a good size with a mini fridge and a bath tub. Breakfast was included, it was basic but sufficient. We haven't used other facilities as a pool, a gym or a spa, so cannot comment on that. We arrived at 19.00 hrs, check in was super fast and a lady at reception was pleasant and friendly. As we had a prebooked parking spot, a security guy was kind and took us to our parking spot. We were glad we had prebooked a parking spot as it is a bit difficult parking. Only thing what we missed was a kettle in our room as we enjoy a cup of tea/coffee straight when we get up. If we are coming back to Karlovy Vary, we will for sure stay here. I would add pictures here from a hotel but for some reason the Hotels.com app doesn't allow me to do so.
