Positive: Nice home with good kitchen, outdoor area, enough space for 8 with four good bedrooms and of course Black Butte Ranch is a great resort area for an active vacation!

Negative: I had the feeling I was not dealing with real people, but a chatbot, when I contacted the rental organization about a coat I had left behind and that I was trying to get back. Never got it back…

Summary: Nice home in a very nice resort!
