Positive: Well furnished and newly built. Having South Indian breakfast and North lunch/dinner. A quite place with great rooftop view
Negative: The location is not that close to the ferry and town centre, but close enough to the beach side as well as the temple

Positive: Three Oceans Resort is perfectly located at the southern tip of Kanyakumari, and that’s definitely its biggest advantage — most major attractions are within walking distance, which made sightseeing very convenient for my parents.
Negative: The resort still seems to be in the early stages of becoming fully operational. They faced an issue where the room door couldn’t be locked, and although assistance was provided, it couldn’t be fixed during their stay. The breakfast menu was quite basic, and room service can be improved as well.
Summary: Perfect location, but still finding its rhythm as it moves toward a fully seamless guest experience
