Positive: We loved the property and the neighborhood. Serene and calm place with close proximity to the beach and the beach boardwalk. The sunset point was close by and we enjoyed the walk and the view. I liked the balcony size and was comfortable for two persons to sit there or medicate or have a nice drink with the cool breeze.
Negative: Rooms could be a little bigger given that you have placed a single sofa and that occupies the space more. Bathroom size is perfect!. Front desk staff needs to have more presence of mind or training needs to be provided on guest relations. They called repeated times to check when will be reach the hotel and even after check-in they continued to call. Restaurant staff are totally confused and were in chaos. Restaurant manager was clueless about what's happening with the guest relations and food quality. He needs to pull up his sleeves and get more training on being humble and proactiveness. First day the dinner was average food quality. We provided real-time feedback to the Chef but there was no improvement even the next day. For a elegant property like this, make sure the last mile delivery is also taken care.
Summary: Amaari needs more tayaari...!!
