Come and stay in a quiet apartment that is the second floor of our country home that is located on 12 private acres. This is a convenient location at family friendly Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital and 5 miles from SBU. We are a 20 minutes drive from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre. This is a spacious three bedroom unit with each room having king bed and a walk in closet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The upstairs accommodations are clean and spacious. The beds are quite comfortable. The views from the east and west windows were wonderful. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'd gladly stay there again!

Summary: Our son and family live in Bolivar and hosted Christmas for the whole family this year. We used this apartment for overflow sleeping and showering. It was only a couple miles away from our son’s house - very convenient . The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very nice. We would stay here again.

Summary: My husband and his coworker had to go down for two weeks for work. Location was good. Communication with the owners was easy. My husband’s only complaint was since it’s an apartment at the owners home, it was not quiet during the day when they were trying to sleep. (They worked overnight) and they also felt bad having to enter through the garage in the early morning when they returned as they did not want to wake the owners.

Summary: Bryan and his family welcomed us our 1st night. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. Being able to do laundry was a huge help. It is in a quiet area and very restful.
