Summary: The cabin was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It was clean, very well stocked, modern and the beds were very comfortable. The rockers on the front porch were great to sit in and have coffee in the morning, and the view from the back deck was amazing. The cabin is very well equipped with a grill, griddle and fire pit.

Summary: We arrived at cabin on Monday July 1st. We found everything to be as described in the description. We found the cabin to be clean and cozy. During our stay, 2 new smart tv’s were installed. We were contacted before hand to make sure it was ok, which it was ok with us. The hot tub was nice but the smell of chlorine will take your breathe away. I understand the use of such but it was a bit too much for us. We found that we had plenty of cooking utensils and dishes to use as we prepared most of our food for the week. We made use of the fire pit as we made s’mores a couple of nights during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: I cannot say enough good things about this cabin and its location, it is absolutely beautiful! You are surrounded by Georgia's beauty and yet so close to some super fun destinations at the same time. Hiking, fishing, waterfalls, and a relaxing evening back at the cabin! A day out in Helen ziplining, coaster riding, and mini golf with the family! It has a little of everything for everyone in the family!!!

Summary: We absolutely loved the Three Little Bears Cabin. It had plenty of space for our little family and the kids really enjoyed the separate upstairs living area and hot tub. The cabin is very convenient to both the Helen and Cleveland areas and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away for some peace and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Loved the cabin! Perfect location for a romantic getaway! Some minor issues such as no working coffee pot. Management brought one later in the day. No spices at all so bring your own, even salt and pepper. Needs better instructions for fireplaces and TVs. Hot tub only filled half way and didn’t notice until we wanted to use it. Still enjoyed our time there just some things that can be improved upon.
