Summary: Dont like the fact they charge extra for gym and parking withiut making it clear at the point of booking. If you are paying over £100 per night specifically.for a hotel with a gym, you dont expect the staff to slap and extra £15 on the bill to use it!! There are many options in the area which me and my colleagues will use instead.

Summary: Stayed at this hotel before. Hotel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Spa is great. What I'm disappointed at is even though I was able to get better offer through hotels.com, at the end I paid more. As if you book directly with hotel, you get free parking and free spa entry included in room rate. Booking through hotels.com, you have to pay for both on top of room rate. Also, hotels.com guest get the room with not the best view and location.

Summary: Great hotel and very nice. However I wasn’t aware when booking that use of the gym and spa facilities would be an extra £15 along with £12 for 24 hours parking. That’s the only thing for me that let it down. Other than that, great stay.

Summary: payed for a 1 night stay in a premium room that was not cleaned properly and the buffet breakfast was a shambles i queued for 15 mins for a hot breakfast when i prebooked a time for the breakfast only to be told on arrival at the hotplate that i needed to preorder my poached eggs at the table. There was not notice of this and the breakfast staff service was shocking
