Summary: From beginning to end, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The hotel had everything we needed—and even things we didn’t realize we’d want. Every corner of the property delivered top-notch service, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Room service was quick, friendly, and the food was delicious. The rooftop pool? Hands down the best one we’ve seen out of all the Thompson hotels. It was the perfect spot to relax, take in the views, and feel like we were truly on vacation. We also dined at Sol 7, the hotel’s restaurant, and it was just as impressive. Eating poolside on the 7th floor somehow felt breezy and comfortable, even in the humidity. This place has officially become our go-to hotel—already looking forward to our next trip back!
