Summary: All were good..facilities were great..we were very unfortunate because the elevator was out of service as my elderly parents need to wait so long after check in. The room we received at around 3 something in the evening. We know that it was a peak season school holiday but at least the staff must don something and should improve in terms attentive skills and control the guest nicely.

Summary: The hotel is old and renovation is in progress. Room size is big however, bedding quality in not at par with the other hotels. Breakfast is OK, nothing great about it.

The deck chairs around the pool need a water proof cushion cover to make sitting on them more comfortable 2.
