Summary: Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, and the room is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything one might need. However, there is a major issue with the excessive noise coming from the air conditioner and the fan inside the room. Personally, I wasn’t able to sleep even after reducing the AC airflow to the lowest level, as the noise remained very loud. I also couldn’t turn off the AC and use the fan only, because the fan itself was extremely loud and disturbing. Additionally, the pool water is very cold, and with the rain and chilly weather, swimming in the private pool becomes impractical due to the low temperature. The pool definitely needs water heating. The hotel is quite old, and I believe most of the rooms need their air-conditioning units to be upgraded, as both the indoor and outdoor units produce an unbearable level of noise.

Summary: Great place to relax, from the receptionist’s to the F&B, security all the staff are friendly and polite. I arrived at breakfast when they’d just set up, plenty of choice, teh is very weak and the hot dishes were cold, especially the hash browns. Overall a present stay.
