Positive: The pool and outdoor spaces were well cared for and large enough for everyone to use. The staff were very friendly and willing to act on requests quickly.

Negative: The noise generated by the team building activities shattered the peace and relaxation even in the rooms. Microphone, cheering etc combined with the loud music at the pool was hard to ignore. The shop was not open until mid morning or later so there was nowhere to buy drinks and snacks until it opened. The hot water was not very hot in the bathroom and took a long time to even run slightly warm. The floor and windows in the room needed a good clean and the fabric upholstered chair was filthy.

Positive: The staff so good, welcoming guest very nice and so humble. Proud of that. Staff at front counter also nice In our room 313 when we stay, have a lot of ants, also the cupboard inside they have a fridge the cupboard itself fault and its making sounds. As we know Thislte is a 5 star hotel but they did mention also they plaedge renovation.

Negative: The facilities its too old need to change the new one. The televisyen also dont have a variety channel such as netflix, astro and so on. But for the swimmimg pool so nice my kids so much fun..

Positive: The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options, and the big pool was great

Negative: I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, my recent stay did not meet the same standards. The room I was given this time had several issues that impacted my comfort. Firstly, the air conditioner was very loud when I first turned it on, but thankfully, the technician was able to fix it quickly. However, there was a leak from the ceiling around the air conditioning unit. The ceiling had a hole, and water was dripping down, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the floor wasn't as clean as I would have expected. There were visible stains that seemed to have been there for a while. The most frustrating part was the shower. I couldn't get cold water; no matter how much I adjusted the tap to the coldest setting, the water remained hot, making it uncomfortable to use
