Positive: Very clean , newly built Gorgeous villa with modern facilities. It is well equipped, including tv with streaming services , washing machines, barbecue, and hot water . 10 minutes drive to the beach. Property is very well managed . Beautiful garden with a lawn . Exceeded my expectations.

Positive: Everything was great.Rooms and bathroom were very clean and well managed. There was a T.V with streaming services which make our stay wonderful. Kitchen had all equipment necessary for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay. I would surely recommend this place.

Negative: I had a wonderful stay at Tisath Vila. The room setup was amazing—well-decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared each morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to Hikkaduwa Beach, so you can enjoy the beach without all the noise. The entire property was tidy and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Tisath Vila for anyone looking for a calm, clean, and cozy stay near the beach.

Positive: We felt like we were at home! We bought our own groceries and cooked our own meals exactly how we preferred. We cooked up some BBQ for dinner because the villa comes with a BBQ Machine as well! It’s almost the perfect getaway from home that still makes you feel so comfortable and cozy! Every room was equipped with ACs which was a massive advantage to us! Kitchen were fully equipped from saucepans to toasters! We had multiple choice of locations as to where do we eat… Definitely one of the best Homestay styles Villas I’ve been to.

Negative: We wished there was a pool that we could chill in and enjoy the evening. However the beautiful garden area compensated the pool.

Summary: One of the best Villas Me and My friends rented out for a night!

Positive: When we first stumbled upon this villa, it seemed almost too good to be true. But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The staff is very thoughtful and gracious. The communication was outstanding! The villa is extremely clean and just perfect! The kitchen and bedroom contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, and bathroom is excellent. Location is incredible. Thanks Thisath Villa for a wonderful stay! We will be back, Alma Castillo
