Summary: Saved us when another house from another short term home rental company was not wheelchair accessible. We drove from the midwest 4 days and couldn't even get thru the door because there was step and more steps inside.Great location. Great amenities. Kitchen well stocked in cookware etc. Loved the firepit. The bedroom doors are a bit narrow for a bariatric powerchair but most everything else was very nice

Summary: We rented this house over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect for what we needed. The game room was a great place for the teens and young adults to hang out. We had enough space for everyone. The owner even put up a tree for us. I would recommend this house.

We love that he offered us complimentary early check in because the property was ready early which was very kind.

Summary: First off - the Best Host! Secondly, the home was as described with everything you could think of, and more! We happened to check in (early!) on Halloween with three children in tow. TV in every room, and the game room in the garage was the highlight! Easy access to the Highway and Prescott. Quite the bang for your buck! We would definitely stay again.

Summary: First thing is Spencer is a fantastic communicator and super helpful. Home is exactly as described and photographed. Our employees loved their down time on this work trip thanks to the ping pong table, bbq and candy bar. We actually already booked a 2nd stay for work travel.
