Summary: Overall, this stay was excellent due to the location and size of the rental met our needs. We did not appreciate the cleaning fee, combined with the passive aggressive messages in the rental concerning additional fees if additional cleaning was required. Needless to say the guest’s feet were black from the floors as well as the toddlers hands and knees from crawling on them. This was coupled with the fact that we had bed linen that was stained with brown blotches… after the cleaning crew mentioned about previous stays leaving fecal matter on the beds. Needless to say not the way we wanted to start the vacation with additional cleaning and first impression… but overall great property just don’t appreciate the additional fees to what we received.

Summary: We loved our stay, the space was perfect for 17 of us. We had a family vacation and it was absolutely perfect. Huge kitchen, lots of common spaces, the decks were beautiful, very clean house! Fully stocked with everything you need!

Summary: This is a fantastic place to have a large group. There were 9 of us girl cousins and this was our first beach trip together. Bath to bed ratio was perfect. The house decor is very nice - rooms are all spacious and the decks with chairs for all were great to unwind on. We enjoyed having luggage carts to help haul all the belongings/food from the parking garage to our rooms. Beach access couldn't have been more perfect - literally across the street! We did use several of the beach chairs and wave boards - very nice to have these provided. We didn't use the pool, but it is a nice option to have. The bathrooms came with bar soap and liquid hand soap - a nice touch. The kitchen contains all the utensils, etc that you will need. And it was a plus to have 2 refrigerators. It was nice to have night lights throughout so you could easily see during the night. Tim was excellent to communicate with and so responsive! We will definitely stay here again!
