Summary: This house has everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. Plenty of space for 4 couples. Great location for wine tasting, golf, and hiking. Owner had good communication and was super helpful. We will definitely be back.

Summary: My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The house is immaculate. It is set up so nicely with soap/shampoo/conditioner in all of the showers. There is a coffee bar with coffee pods/tea bags available. The beds were clean and comfortable. We would love to come back. Nadia and Mark were very responsive and helpful.

Summary: What a perfect home with amazing taste in decor! I visited with a group of four women for a girls’ getaway. We had to book last minute due to our original destination outside of NY being impacted by a hurricane. We booked this home less than 48 hours ahead of our arrival and it was perfect. Everything you need. Nadia was also a wonderful host. She answered all messages in a very timely manner, was helpful, and made our stay even better with all of her suggestions of things to do and places to visit. This is one of the nicest and best experiences I have had with a VRBO. I highly recommend!

Summary: my friends and family were blown away by Birch retreat. I wish I could pick that house up and everything in it and move it to my primary residence. The owner’s have created a home away from home for all to enjoy. The place is warm, cozy, inviting and makes you feel good about life for a while. The room with the fireplace is masterfully designed and decorated. Every room, bed, blanket, shower, chair, sofa, picture is perfect. The bar area is awesome. The deck overlooks a beautiful lawn and the lake access is only a short walk. We have all found our new go to vacation spot. There’s so much to see and do all year round. And this location is right in the middle of everything. The owners are an absolute pleasure to work with. You will Not be disappointed. In fact, you’ll thank me for recommending Birch Retreat. It’s by far the best experience I’ve had renting a property for vacation. We all cannot wait to go back. Let the 2025 planning begin!

Summary: What an awesome house! You’ve done a wonderful job of creating beautiful private spaces as well as wonderful gathering spaces. The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would recommend to make it better would be to add a shampoo/body wash/conditioner dispenser to the bathroom in the basement for guests using the downstairs space.
