4 bedroom 3 bath house with extra Great room and pull out bed. Over 3000sqft. Large living area with electric fireplace and a second family room with large screen smart TV . Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast table. An enormous dinning table for 10 people. Outdoor bbq , firepit, lounge and dining area.
Primary bedroom with queen bed, TV en suite bath and shower. And large balcony overlooking the city. 2 additional bedrooms with smart tvs with full size beds and a 4rth bedroom with 2 double beds and shared bath. One bedroom is downstairs on main level with bathroom down the hall.
Washer/dryer, central air, dishwasher, microwave.
There is a large Great room with working desk and chair. A large sleeper pull out couch, smart TV and a bar.
Plenty of parking for 3-4 cars in driveway. Large back yard and outdoor living amenities
Attention: tbe pool and jaccuzi heat is not available untill January 7 2025.
There IS A $100 PER DAY POOL HEATER FEE. THERE IS NO HOT JACUZZI. THE JACUZZI ONLY GETS AS WARM AS THE POOL. YOU CAN PAY BY CONTACTING THE HOST. YOU MUST PAY FOR ALL DAYS UPFRONT. YOU MUST REQUEST THIS 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
THE OTHER OPTION IS JUST TO USE THE UNHEATED POOL FOR FREE WITHOUT THE HEATER.
