Positive: The place does have a strong overall aesthetic, a fireplace, unlimited firewood, some interesting design details, and a very cozy second floor.

Negative: We booked this place two months in advance to celebrate our anniversary, expecting a cozy getaway with a fireplace and an outdoor jacuzzi. 1. The jacuzzi was offered during booking for an extra fee. Four days before arrival, I reminded them and specified the time. Only one day before check-in, after I personally messaged them, I was told that the jacuzzi was not working due to technical issues. 2. The place doesn’t feel as private or cozy as it looks in the photos. You can’t see from the pictures that it borders a noisy neighboring property, and workers from that area freely walk onto the Attica territory. 3. There is no electric kettle in the house. We were told there was a kettle for the stove, but we couldn’t find that either.

Summary: A nice place that really needs better attention to service.

Positive: Loved the wood burner and the use of space. Perfect for a couple and close to the Transfăgărășan highway. We were happy that there was an oven to cook.

Negative: We could have done with some cooking utensils to cook on the hob, such as a spoon or spatula, as we could only find utensils for a BBQ.

Positive: Fantastic place inside out. Both the location view and the concept of the place is unique. Spotless amenities and equipped with all the required things for a family stay in two or more. The attic space is very generous for a couple of kids if you bring your own bedsheets and duvets. Highly recommended.

Negative: There is nothing we didn't like about the place. The bedroom has two generous windows with fantastic view in the morning. The outside leisure areas are very well equipped and efficient for a pleasurable stay.
