Summary: Anna was lovely. The pub and hotel are also nicely finished. There are some bits that need attention like the shower overflowing but honestly it’s a lovely hotel and I fully recommend anyone staying there.

Summary: From waiting 20 mins to get checked in, to the strong smell of food, to the super annoying electronic lock, to the leak coming through the ceiling to the general air of tiredness this was an experience to forget. Image shows the light coming in the window next to the bed at 5am - a pretty effective early alarm!

Summary: The Woodman hotel is an excellent choice for exploring the London experience. Anna greeted us warmly and did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyable, especially when one family member needed to go to hospital. I could not fault her commitment to helping in every possible way.

Summary: Very late check in but staff were on hand to assist. Room was spacious although a bit of a drain smell in bathroom. Everything else was fines as you’d expect. You also get 30% off drinks and food in bar.

Summary: The room was huge and the hotel were very accommodating to our needs and gave us a late check out. The only issue in the room was that the curtain was broken and couldn’t be closed but luckily we all had our sleep masks with us
