Summary: It is a happy place. Tha Bar and the Restaurant in the Lobby and the terrace, are always full of pretty faces. The best rooms are on the first floor. I think they are called Beaumont and Grandeur. This was not my first stay. I would stay again.

Summary: Poor noise insulation. Could hear every creak of the floor of the room above. Could hear every little sound from the street. Colleague's room had a humm coming out of a wall (perhaps where the restaurant fans are). The humming persisted over the two night stay.

Summary: A good, clean, and welcoming hotel in a beautiful London neighborhood, well-connected and with the tube nearby. Since we were on the third floor, I expected help carrying our bags up because I no longer have the energy of a girl, but my children were there to help me. Otherwise, everything was fine.Thanks from our family.

Summary: Beautiful building, huge rooms just a bit noisy for me, you can hear lots of water running throught the pipes. Food in the restaurant was fab as were the staff.
