Positive: Both myself and wife really enjoyed the stay and the service. Bathroom geyser was not giving hot water. Matter reported but had to accept without hot water. Advised the Hotel Front Office to get the deficiency attended to Commodore T I Punnen.

Negative: Ambience.

Positive: The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The location was nice, there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. It is close to the city. The staffs were friendly and very helpful.

Negative: The internet connection wasn't that great.
