Positive: Comfortable feeling, wasn’t like staying in a normal hotel atmosphere. It fit in with its community, and that’s what made it peaceful. Staff was tremendously helpful, room was very clean and fit my needs, and if you didn’t want to leave hotel to eat they had good food for breakfast and dinner. All around very good value in a beautiful historic town.

Negative: I had only one issue. The shower in the bathroom was an open shower with half glass and I would have preferred a sliding door or a shower door I could close. A little bit of water would get on bathroom floor. No a big deal, but managed.

Summary: A peaceful and comfortable place right in the heart of Hudson by the river.

Positive: The location is perfect, the bed was comfy, staff is awesome.

Negative: The hotel’s building was a candle factory as we were told. It could be nice to get a little candle to get from hotel as a little gift. But nope.
