Positive: Very nice hotel. Historic property beautifully maintained in Fredonia which looks to be a little eclectic. The restaurant food we had was very good, albeit a bit pricey. Bed mattress was very comfortable. Room overall was very nice.

Negative: The breakfast included was about what you would get at the lowest tier hotel, and the breakfast area was unattended the entire time we were in it. They had run out of just about everything (coffee, juice, creamers) and the bin for putting your used plates and silverware was unattended and overflowing.

Summary: Very nice and well maintained historic hotel in an eclectic little town. Would stay again.

Positive: This was such a delightful place to stay, right downtown. The history alone was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the presidential suite which was huge and very comfortable and clean.

Negative: There could have been a bit better selection at breakfast.

Summary: Felt very taken care of and the bar, patio, and restaruant made our stay very easy.

Positive: The place looks great, very inviting, well maintained. Check in was easy, staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bathroom was wonderful, the shower was huge and the water was hot for as long as we needed. Bed was comfortable and it was so quiet we slept all night. We did go down for dinner after we arrived and so glad we did. The dining room was vet nice, wait staff was attentive and friendly. The food was all so delicious. Check out in the morning was a breeze. We will definitely stay there again.

Negative: There was not a thing we would want changed.
